We have several powerboats that are designed for shallow water fishing and for getting close to the beaches. We have a 16 foot Sea Cat, an 18 foot Carolina Skiff plus two 19 foot Carolina Skiffs, a 20 foot Sundance Skiff and a very fast 22 foot Famous craft. We also have four colorful deck boats with couches and some with two fishing chairs in our fleet that hold 10 to 12 people. These are perfect for parties and family outings! Our powerboat rentals are equipped with GPS with navigational tracks which makes boating an unfamiliar territory very easy. They are all in very good condition with new upholstery and all work very well for ICW mangrove touring, fishing plus they are economical. If you need a cooler, we can provide one free of charge. Our boat rental service areas include: Englewood, Port Charlotte, Don Pedro Island, Palm Island, Little Gasparilla Island, Boca Grande and Punta Gorda, Florida.
For the Carolina Skiff type of boat rentals, the price is $350 for a full day. Plus, these types of boats can also be rented weekly for $1200 plus tax.
For the 22 foot deck or pontoon boats, the price is $400 per day and the weekly rate is $1500.
We do give customers price breaks for weekly rentals that exceed five consecutive days. Please see the tables below.
Optional Services - No Boating Experience.....No problem! If you need a Captain, that is no problem with advanced reservations. This is the best way to see the dolphins and manatees as well as other wildlife because tour guides are familiar with the areas the animals frequent. This is your safest option if our areas are unfamiliar to you and you don't know where the best anchorages and beaches are.
If a guide is not selected, the boats will be rented out as a bareboat rental. You must be 21 or older with ID and the person that rents the boat is considered the navigator and main person in charge of the bareboat rental.
***Please take note: During peak holidays, all ten of our boats are rented and we are working around the clock to manage the fleet (gassing them up, checking the equipment, cleaning the boats, etc.) Therefore, due to our extended working hours, you can expect the prices to be a bit higher on our rentals during these periods. These up charges apply to all busy holiday periods including Christmas week, Spring break, Easter break, St. Patrick's (which usually occurs during the last two weeks of March) Spring break, St. Patricks Day, July 4th week, and the long weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day. We do not issue refunds for no shows. However, we will give you two years to use the deposit on your rental boat. You must discuss a cancellation for inclement weather with Captain Stuart Keel. He makes the determination whether a boat can go out safely or not. We can assure everyone though, we will not send a boat out during unsafe weather conditions. Normal Florida conditions call for rain from May until October daily, but that isn't a true low pressure system (tropical storm, hurricane.) We only allow for cancellations during a true low pressure system. If red tide is present in the Gulf, we advise people to take their boats up into Charlotte Harbor or the Peace River as these areas don't get affected by red tide. Punta Gorda is a fun destination because of Fisherman's Village with their indoor/outdoor mall. Laishley's Marina is another great stop in Punta Gorda where you can park your boat and take a walk under the bridges and check out the Tiki bar at the Sheraton with live entertainment. You can also cruise up the Peace River for an amazing wildlife journey or have some alligator bites at The NaviGator Bar.
